08.01.2022 Massive day, big lunch service & the buisest dinner service we have had since re opening. Specials flew out the door on both services! Pork knuckles sold out again. Monkfish mussel & prawn stew did very well, brought back the old school Carpet Bag Steak as well!

07.01.2022 Massive week done & dusted we had some great specials this week, Stand out was the the Reef n Beef We matched a 300 gram Sirloin with WA Rock lobster, garlic butter & cream also had a glut of mussels so we did them by the dozen w crispy chorizo & rocket

Served it with baked rosemary spuds, dukkah spiced baked cauliflower, balsamic glazed roast carrots, minted peas & gravy i figure out how to add videos & photos to the same post, so video of the cook & the swarm of flies that were drawn in will be put up later today
