20.01.2022 Few of the recent grades... MASSIVE CONGRATS TO THESE KIDS FOR LEARNING THESE NEW SKILLS! So funny... I used to HATE gradings...... I always saw them as a money grab from the places I'd worked with previously and not a real reflection of the kids learning new skills and improving... I LOVE how I've set mine up... the kids do not get it unless they have learned the skills... and it's super special to watch and see them improving. I LOVE that it's done ethically, and I love the pride the kids take in the achievements. Really cool to see and I'm very happy with that. ALSO VERY HAPPY I WAS WRONG! I had decided headings in general were bad (even have videos saying how bad they are on my site), and yet I've found ways to make them really positive. I let one bad experience (over a long period of time) dictate my views... and that's just not fair to myself or the kids... because they're getting some really cool things from the way it's been done now, and that's awesome to see

19.01.2022 3 more legends, first class back in person and they've moved forward really cool to see little improvements from the online segments, new things they've learned and done... really really cool! Had another one yesterday but will have to get that photo next week

17.01.2022 AMANDA'S 6 week ladies program testimonial. This will be the last of the current version of this program... it's coming up to its revamp to the 6 week program 2.0... Have a watch, see if it connects with you, and if you haven't yet... get in touch and register early for version 2.0, coming very soon ... The goal of this program is to save you years of struggle and pain so that you can move forward with your life in a clear direction and plan to start living life on your terms. It's about creating a life you're proud of, and excited about. If you're not waking up excited about your life and what you're creating, why not? I believe that's what people deserve, and I love helping people find that for themselves.

05.01.2022 We've had a bunch of kids pass through their grades and progress in their level of learning this term. It's been super cool to see the kids place value, not only on their belts, but also on the learning process they have to go through to get the belt. One of my greatest mentors told me, "We don't set goals to get the outcome, because by the time you get there you want something else. We set goals so you challenge yourself to become more". I don't now and never will again care... about "a belt", because whether you have a belt or not does not change who you are, but who you are and what you have become changes the meaning of the belt enormously! Each level of belt has a different purpose and meaning for these kids, and it has been awesome fun seeing this group grow as people in the process of getting their first belt. It's always about the person in my opinion

04.01.2022 NEW GRADES CONGRATULATIONS 3 greens in one hit! 2 yellows, and a whole lot of patience, persistence and drive to get the result.... Really cool to see some of the techniques scare them, they're under pressure to learn quickly and come up with information, but they're all learning to appreciate the process and have a great understanding of basic self defence principles, and most importantly for me, how to actually apply them, when to apply them and for my green belts, how to show other people to do the same. Amazing to watch, always enjoyed
