25.01.2022 Saturday and Sunday clearance sale ring to book a time from 11 till 1ish .All reasonable offers considered, everything must go. Shelving, wine,fridges,freezers, crockery, glassware etc first in best dressed.Large fruit boxes great for veggie gardens.

25.01.2022 Halfway through setting up for the Josephines first clearance sale, many more things on offer eg fridges and freezers,couches,coffee machine and much more.The more you buy the better you get looked after.

20.01.2022 I would like to thank everyone for their loyal patronage here at Josephines. sadly due to councils incompetence, it appears this Sunday, the 28th of June will be our last day, though they havent officially advised us of that yet. Left hanging yet again right to the very end. We have endeavoured to provide a lovely restaurant and wedding function facility for all in the local community and abroad. However the council appear to be more interested in who has the most money to... improve the facilities going forward and not caring and providing for the community. This sadly has meant not only the end of this restaurant, but also the end of all my fantastic loyal staff who have worked tirelessly to grow this business. I would also like to put a special big shout out and thank you to both Dave and Zarn who have given their all to this place and have made it the fantastic place that it is. If you are disappointed and disgusted with how weve been treated by the Mornington Peninsula Shire , please feel free to share this post with all your friends. Finally I would like to give a big thank you to all who have been associated with us in one way or another. The friendships we have made along the way will be treasured forever. These two gorgeous people share such an amazing bond and it... was a pleasure seeing them shine on their wedding day. 14.01.2022 With a heavy heart i would like to let everyone know that Zarn and I will be leaving Josephines as we are buying a hotel in Mirboo North. Since the morningt...on peninsula council cant let us know about the lease on Josephines , I find it discussing that with 2 weeks to go on the lease Michael still cant get a answer from them . In the current environment you would think they would be more helpful to small local businesses. I think Michael would love to see this award winning venue continue. Zarn and I would like to thank everyone that has helped and supported us in the last few years we are blessed to have your help.We will be selling our home in Mornington and living in the hotel. Yesterday Leah and Nick at the fabulous Jose...phines and today Louise and Rick at Blairgowrie. Then shooting over to Balnarring for a late Ceremony for Amber and Clint.
