24.01.2022 Effective group communication is crucial and our team of educators took part in an exercise to help highlight its importance. This will help our educators enhance their duty of care to the children.

20.01.2022 Where are the Cars? While the babies play outside in their yard, they can hear the cars going by on Oxley Road. The babies love to be picked up and watch the cars go passing by. Miss Ann came up with a great new idea for the babies and made them a periscope to look through out of pipes and mirrors!

20.01.2022 The Pre-Kindergarten room have been focusing on their self and identities through studying emotions and facial expressions. Mrs Suzy provided the children with two mirrors and using these the children were able to draw their reflection, as well as make some funny faces.

20.01.2022 Miss Tien shared a cooking experience from her culture - Vietnamese Fried Rice. The children were very excited to assist, and even more excited to try the cooking once it was ready.

19.01.2022 Lots of different experiences have been created in the Pre-Kindergarten room, extending on from their discovery of self-identities. In this experience, the educators have taken photos of all the children and printed out a name tag. The children are then encouraged to match themselves with their name!

18.01.2022 Welcome Jasmine from Kids Pilates to Journey! Her first class with the children was a huge hit! Pilates is a fun form of exercise that helps to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, while improving posture and concentration. We all look forward to your weekly Tuesday classes.

11.01.2022 Transitioning from one environment to another can be a big change for the children as they adapt to an unfamiliar setting and meet new peers and educators. For our Nursery it means transitioning to a bigger playground! We thank our educators for showing their dedication to the well-being and healthy development of all the children in their care. We thank them for showing empathy to the children when they need a hug or are feeling lonely. We thank them for supporting the community in its time of need.

09.01.2022 Our exciting new program has landed Actively Balanced Kids will be running a fitness program for our Pre Kindy and Kindy children each Friday. Actively Balanced Kids (ABK) is a evidence driven 45 minute childrens program. It is designed to be fun and help children learn fundamental skills to improve their wellness, manage stress and anxiety and improve their self-regulation, self-confidence and build resilience. Classes include elements such as kids fitness, yoga, mindfulness, breathing and progressive muscle relaxation.

06.01.2022 Kinetic Sand Fun! Wow! What fun the Toddler One children had with the Kinetic sand. They used different moulds to manipulate the sand into different shapes!

05.01.2022 Taking care of our babies. Recently, a few of the Toddler One children were really excited with the arrival of their new brother or sister. Our team of Toddler One educators helped prepare the children by practising taking care of our baby dolls. #LifeSkills #Inspiringlifelonglearning

Our sun safety warriors in the nursery are doing an amazing job at putting their hats on their heads before heading outside and putting it back on if it falls off. 03.01.2022 Gateways to the World Around Us Our little explorers love dressing up and going on little adventures around the centre and connecting with their world. One little explorer enjoys learning about garbage trucks. He dressed as a green warrior and watched closely as Miss Jordan took some rubbish out to the bin!... Our little Toddler Two explorers love to look out the windows in the hallway. The best part are all the different birds that come and sing their sweet songs in the tree. #connectingtotheirworld
