25.01.2022 Wow I had such an amazing day today with my beautiful daughter's. My first born baby turns 26 on Tuesday and I met her new man and some old friends and new work colleagues which made me so happy to be there with her dad and his Partner and her sister, to share in such love and pride for how far they have come. I can't believe I never took a photo but this is me just before I left the house. You know sometimes you just take a great few pics for no reason so I'm posting all of... them. 20.01.2022 Every day im reading and researching and learning more about myself and my clients. As a fat woman in business and in life. I know the struggles we have with being seen, the fear it conjures up and how if feels in our bodies. This is only outweighed by the sheer devastation when we are NOT seen or heard. I teach women in business to fall in love with themselves just the way they are(not someday one day hopefully in the future when they are at a more socially acceptable size) ...so they can be whoever they want to be right now. But even though i have thousands of litres of water saved, I was still having short showers and only having a bath when it rained..... NOW...
