25.01.2022 S K Y L A R + L O G A N I spent Sunday afternoon at the Botanical Gardens, Mackay has such great locations for photos. John and Justine have the two most divine kiddos - Skylar, "Little Miss Independent" was showing me all the places to take photos (some a little harder to reach than others lol). We walked along the paths looking for fairy gardens and she even pretended to be one, so sweet. All the while her super chilled brother Logan was happy to watch on and let her take the lead. Justine, thank you so much for getting in touch with me. 22.01.2022 C U L L E N ' S F A M I L Y Heading on a new adventure and moving town back in November was both the scariest and most exciting thing we have ever done as a family. Also taking on a completely different career meant I had to put my love of capturing family memories aside. That was until I met Rochelle who has three gorgeous children that are the same age and class as my rat bags. So I new it wouldn't be too long before I hit her up to scratch my "itch" (not crazy at all ...asking a complete stranger if I could take photos of her kiddos lol). Lucky for me she was 100% in, that was until I asked her and her husband to jump in a few - GOTCHA (always like putting people on the spot and now they have memories to last a lifetime). I know I love catching memories for families to keep forever, but I really enjoy meeting new families too!!! 15.01.2022 Last November I embarked on one of the most difficult adventures and in doing so I had to be away from my Husband, Kiddos and Parents for 6 weeks. Tiarna was the first friend I made in my new home town, being around her and her gorgeous girls made me keep slightly sane. It was only fair that I returned the favour with some company, as she has been checked into hospital 10 weeks prior to her baby being born with some minor complications. We had such a fantastic morning full of laughs, until I told her to get her gear off and get her belly out!!! We all know how uncomfortable we feel in the last stages of pregnancy, but I am so proud how she just rolled with it and now she has such great memories to treasure forever. #struggleisreal #rewardispriceless #gorgeousbelly

12.01.2022 P A R I S + T E N Z I N Paris and Tenzin's parents, Shannon and Sharnie thought it was about time they got some updated pics of their kiddos. I don't think they realised how much fun it was going to be and because they were up for a challenge we got to do multiple venues, it was like "The Amazing Race" racing against the light to see how many pictures we could get. It's so obvious how gorgeous they both are in the photos, but what you can't see is how well mannered, polite and respectful they are. I can only hope my children grow up to be just like them. 08.01.2022 J O S H + A M B E R (with their gorgeous kiddos) It is really important to me when on a family shoot that I make time for the parents to have photos together. This is were my mothering skills come into play, if you could only see behind the scenes lol. I had balloons tied to my backpack, toys hanging off my clips, a muslin wrap on one shoulder, spew rag/bip on the other, Harlin on my hip, Arianna in close range, camera in hand, all the while asking Josh and Amber to remai...n calm for the shot. They did such an awesome job and were so up for my ideas. I also got the bonus of Harlin wanting a "Top Up" half way through the session. For all those Mums that have the ability to be able to Breastfeed, I salute you as from my experience it can be super demanding. I'm glad I got to capture this memory for Amber and I thank you for letting me share the pictures with all the Mothers on my page - it would have to be one of my favourite shots. 08.01.2022 G O U R M E T C A F E After relocating to Toowoomba almost 3 weeks ago, I have only just secured a house for us. So it was only time before I found the closest Cafe that makes a good coffee lol. Danish Flower Art Coffee Shop is literally 2 minutes away and they were holding a Market today. To show my appreciation for a great coffee and wanting to show case the local talent I have attached some pictures of the Market. Martha and Birgit, thank you for a gorgeous morning - the homemade "Danish Pastries" were yummo!!! 06.01.2022 V I O L E T It's safe to say Miss Violet had the BEST 01st Birthday ever. It was so obvious how much love there was for her with family travelling from near and far, to help celebrate this special occasion. Without being told everyone understood their role to play in making this a wonderful Birthday for her, I even got cuddles with the "Birthday Girl". Congratulations Luke and Alyce, I understand what it takes to bring a new addition home and what mountains you have climbed in the last year.
