Made only with healing fruits, these ice cream sandwiches are fun, vibrant, gluten...-free, dairy-free, and truly healthy. Enjoy them with your children, family, and friends. You might want to make extra to store in your freezer for the next time you are craving one! Dates are amazing for the digestive system. As one of the most anti-parasitical foods on the planet, dates bind onto, destroy, and sweep away parasites; yeast, mold, and other fungus; heavy metals; unproductive bacteria; viruses; and other poisonous pathogens from the gut. It makes them one of the most beneficial Candida killers known to humankinddespite the misinformation out there about dates feeding Candida. (For more on the truth about this condition, see the entire chapter devoted to it in my first book, Medical Medium) Dates also help restore peristaltic function in the intestines, retraining the intestinal tract after paralysis or dysfunction to move properly and expel any rotting food. Raw Ice Cream Sandwiches Ingredients: For the cookies: 1 cup dried mulberries 1 cup pitted Medjool dates, tightly packed 1/3 cup shredded coconut (leave out for fat-free) For the cinnamon banana ice cream: 2 frozen bananas 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) 2-3 tbsp warm water For the strawberry ice cream: 2 frozen bananas 1 cup frozen strawberries 2-3 tbsp warm water Directions: To make the cookies, add the mulberries, dates and coconut (if using) to a food processor and process until you have a uniform mixture that sticks together. Roll the mixture into balls and then flatten into cookies, about 1/4 inch thick. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm up. To make the ice creams, add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add the water as needed to blend. Place in a freezer-friendly container and freeze for 2-3 hours, until firm. To serve, place a scoop of ice cream between too cookies and press down. Repeat with rest of cookies. Serve immediately or freeze for an additional 30 minutes for a firmer sandwich. 22.01.2022 Deliciousness we're ALL connected The famous Italian diver Enzo Mallorca dove into the sea of Syracuse and was talking to his daughter Rossana who was a...board the boat. Ready to go in, he felt something slightly hit his back. He turned and saw a dolphin. Then he realized that the dolphin did not want to play but to express something. The animal dove and Enzo followed. At a depth of about 12 meters, trapped in an abandoned net, there was another dolphin. Enzo quickly asked his daughter to grab the diving knives. Soon, the two of them managed to free the dolphin, which, at the end of the ordeal, emerged, issued an "almost human cry" (describes Enzo). (A dolphin can stay under water for up to 10 minutes, then it drowns.) The released dolphin was helped to the surface by Enzo, Rosana and the other dolphin. That’s when the surprise came: she was pregnant! The male circled them, and then stopped in front of Enzo, touched his cheek (like a kiss), in a gesture of gratitude and then they both swam off. 17.01.2022 so much talk of end times and the apocalypse. I've heard this talk since the moment i was born. being a child in the Christian Church, my childhood was filled... with warnings about the end of the world. fire. judgment. i remember being so very afraid that my parents would be raptured (taken out of this world), and i would be left behind. i had dreams (nightmares) about how i would eat or have electricity -- survive -- while still, in the end, being received by God. i was scared to death. the Christian Church isn't the only place or people where such prophecies fall on little ears. here's what i'm wondering today? why isn't the New Earth ever emphasized? the Resurrection? the Victory? the Light? the Coming of the Christ? All Things Made New? why don't we ever turn the page. TURN THE PAGE. I've decided who/what i want to be when i grow up. I'll be the young girl in all the movies and books i lost myself in as a child who overcomes all of the obstacles because she BELIEVES and HOPES and KNOWS and who at the very last second before everything ends places the Ancient Stone (let's let it be a rose quartz) in the mountain cleft just as the sun rises, illuminating the her way. i'm going to be that girl.
