15.01.2022 We have been in business almost eight years now and thankfully we haven't had many complaints 3 to be precise. Thankfully all were resolved. But it makes you think how can I get no complaints,I don't suppose its possible. Recently we had a complaint and I refunded the customers money to resolve the issue, wasn't a lot of money so it was just easier that way. So I guess I will just say from here on in if we spend time on a computer can tell the customer what the problem is but... can't resolve the issue or make the computer work because the customer does not want to pay the money to have it fixed or there is something missing which we are unable to replace, my techs have spent time on it and I have to pay them; this means I will have to charge you for their time.The customers comment is there for everyone to read.
