17.01.2022 Another taste testing last night, and coming from one of the testers not the cook - amazing flavour and texture! It was my second dinner for the evening and although I wasn't hungry, I couldn't stop at just a spoonful. J's Sambal is something special... I can't wait to attend a class and learn to make it myself!
