These are billet 6061 units and feature 3/4" NPT outlets so that any fitting size can be utilised, O-ringed and counter bored. 16.01.2022 Hey Everyone, I'm going to be showing a little more of the projects we have completed or have in progress from now on so enjoy! This is a 5 gauge cluster I am currently designing for 3D printing. The customer has some mechanical gauges as well as electrical, mechanical being 3 mount points I made them all possible options. I still have things to do e.g: curving the plate to suit the dash and smoothing everything out but here is how it's looking so far!

09.01.2022 Hey Everyone, I sat down this morning and decided to do a stream of a new prototype dash design I have been working on with a customer. It is for a XP falcon, we chose to stream the design because I frequently get questions about how to design things such as; turbo collectors, dashes and valve covers. I will bringing out around 1-2 streamed videos to do with designs per week and look foward to as much engagement as possible from you guys! It's pretty rough not going to lie bu...t the basic idea is there and let me know what I could improve on. 43mins to 10 was a push but here it is! Cheers, JSTFab

09.01.2022 A perfect example of how 3D printing is better and more cost effective for prototyping custom parts. This 70 Mustang needed the AC compressor to be mounted in this location, we designed a couple of concepts (last photos) printed them and tried it. We then wanted to make it flow and tie into the looks of the other peices of billet, after 6 prints we had a functional mounted AC compressor made completly with 3D printed components. 09.01.2022 Hi Everyone, This is just a bit of an announcement from JSTFab. I have decided to Give 3D printing away for the meantime, constant machine issues and personal matters have left me with no choice but to stop Printing after loosing 1 printer last week to a blown motherboard and now the second printer was lost from a overnight power surge, its just costing too much money. I don't have the luxury of buying parts all the time to try and cover jobs and get them out the door in time... so I'm going to stop taking printing jobs on at the moment for the remainder of the year. I would like to thank all of the customers that have been patient while I either fixed machines or waited for parts to rock up, I'm lucky to have such great people that understand. That being said Current jobs will be worked on and designed until completion this will be no change. Thanks, any questions feel free to inbox me. James.
