19.01.2022 Hi, I’m Jess, owner of J Train, a new boot camp for adults with intellectual disabilities. I have recently gained my personal trainer qualification, however I have been a disability educator for over 17 years. I am so excited to start this journey with you! Our very first boot camp will start on Tuesday 25th June 2018 and run every Tuesday night at the Ringwood Girl Guides Hall: Rosewarne Lane, Bedford Park, Ringwood 3134 from 5:00-6:00pm. I hope you will join us for a fun filled, action packed hour of heart pumping games and drills, you won’t even feel like you are exercising.

05.01.2022 We made green smoothies this week. On Sunday I blended a mix of kale, cucumber, carrot, celery, spinach, pear and coconut water and then froze them. Today I put 2 cubes in the blender with coconut milk and coconut yoghurt. It was delicious and easy. It’s great having the frozen cubes ready to go in the freezer to save on time and when you have nothing in the fridge. #tipoftheday
