20.01.2022 These last few weeks have been pretty challenging. The closer i get to comp, the harder it gets. I feel like i haven't 'seen' my husband in weeks! Even though these last few weeks have been my journey and not his, he gets pulled along for the ride just as much, as it just consumes our life. Hours and hours spent in the gym and kitchen, along with working too. And if not those then our time is spent napping or sleeping all ready to do it again the next day. I just wanted to pu...t this post up to say thank you to my amazing husband @michael_g_moses for really going through all this with me. He sacrifices his possible sleep ins to get up with me to train, and sacrifices his possible free time so i can go and do that extra cardio session.
