01.01.2022 I Just Wanted To Clear Up A Few Misconceptions.... The capsules I promote are nothing more than a whole food supplement made up of 30 portions of fruit veg and berries, juiced and dehydrated As they are a whole food supplement they won't turn mouldy and they have a use by date just as any other real food would... I NEVER promote replacing real fruit and veg for capsules, and NEVER promote people skipping meals. I send all my customers a clean eating guide and offer support to help them make healthier choices. I encourage my customers to eat less processed foods, more real food, and exercise more. This is NOT a fad diet it’s a lifestyle change. Would people feel better with the changes and no capsules? Of course they would and if I can even encourage people to live healthier lives and make better choices then that’s fantastic To get the same benefits as our capsules you would need to get 30 portions of organic fruit and veg, picked at the point of optimum nutrition levels, remove the sugar and repeat daily.
