24.01.2022 I’ve had such a wonderful week working with these lovely ladies, Alex Mathew and Jenna Roubos, and tonight we’re very excited to be sharing the concert platform with Graham Johnson himself! We’ll be performing a Schubert quartet, joined by James Emerson and Thomas Harvey, in the MIFLAS Gala Concert at 7.30pm!

24.01.2022 Flying finger frenzy in Fame, Fortune & Lies: The Life and Music of Eileen Joyce at the Adelaide Fringe Festival! Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th March at The Lab at Queen's Theatre

20.01.2022 Not many live performances happening these days, but I’m delighted to still share the Eileen Joyce story with you through this rebroadcast of the Fame, Fortune and Lies radio play on 3MBS tonight! Featuring with story and music from the stage play and an interview with host, Peter Gardner!

18.01.2022 That's a wrap! The piano lid is down on Eileen's season in Adelaide, and a great success for Fame, Fortune & Lies' first interstate tour! Thanks to Matthew and Colin at The Lab at Queen's Theatre for a fabulous venue and production, the wonderful audiences, and of course Mum and Dad the roadies for encouraging and making the whole thing possible!

18.01.2022 So excited to be back at the fabulous Tempo Rubato tonight - I hope you’ll join me!

15.01.2022 Hello Sydney! Looking forward to 10 days of rehearsals and masterclasses with AYO Chamber Players and the Musica Viva Festival! If you’re in the area next weekend, pop by the Sydney Conservatorium of Music for a concert featuring the Ravel Piano Trio and Dvorak’s Dumky trio with yours truly on the keys Saturday 27th April at 4.45pm

14.01.2022 Young, Australian concert pianist, Eileen Joyce from Kalgoorlie, sky-rocketed to international mega-star status in the 1930s - a time when a young woman was expected to find a steady man, marry and raise kids. Eileen had the world at her feet but life was not all fame and fortune - the fallout from little white lies and her own personal demons dogged her every move. Join me as I delve into the backstory of one of our almost forgotten cultural icons for two shows only - Fame, Fortune & Lies at Adelaide Fringe on March 3 & 4 #adlfringe https://adelaidefringe.com.au//fame-fortune-lies-the-life-

14.01.2022 Recital alert! Trinity Chapel (where this photo was taken) has a brand new Mason and Hamlin piano - no, not because I broke the one I’m laying on... And tomorrow lunchtime I’m giving a ‘piano warming’ concert with Chris Watson, tenor (and Trinity’s Director of Music). It will be a beautiful program of English songs by Finzi and Howells to accompany your lunch at 1.10-2pm and most importantly, it’s free! Thursday 30th August @ Trinity College, 100 Royal Parade Parkville - to get there take tram No 19 to stop 12, Morrah St.

14.01.2022 Who knew inspiration would spark from three weeks in lockdown!? From my living room(s) to yours with love...

14.01.2022 A little teaser for my upcoming shows in the Adelaide Fringe Festival! Tickets available for Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th March here: https://adelaidefringe.com.au//fame-fortune-lies-the-life- #adlfringe

12.01.2022 Eileen Joyce is going on tour again - this time to Coffs Harbour! Can’t wait to see you there!

11.01.2022 Back during the first Melbourne lockdown I had quite a bit of fun recording the super quirky ’Story’ movement from John Cage’s Living Room Music.. Now it‘s been selected as a quarter finalist in the Sydney Eisteddfod ’Crowd Favourites’ competition which is purely based on public voting for the rest of the competition! I‘d be so appreciative if you could spare 30 seconds to send a vote my way and hopefully get me through to the top 16!! Voting closes on Wednesday 7th at 11pm for the first round... thanks everyone!! https://crowdfavourites.sydneyeisteddfod.com.au//entry/157

10.01.2022 If you’re enjoying the wine and sunshine on the Mornington Peninsula tomorrow, top off your evening with this concert of the Trinity College Choir and yours truly! 7.30pm featuring some new Australian choral music and piano solos.

10.01.2022 Excited to confirm (last minute) that this recital of wonderful art song I’m playing with Emma Warburton tomorrow will be going ahead! In the interests of social distancing there is a live stream available via the link in the event page, but if you do feel like spreading yourselves out in the rather large church... a live audience always makes a big difference!

10.01.2022 A trip down memory lane tonight - I competed in plenty of dance eisteddfod’s in the day but never thought I’d end up being the one writing crits for all number of dance solos...! Coupled with country singing, rock bands and live looping performances - rather enjoying my time as adjudicator at Yarram!

09.01.2022 After a year of making virtual backing tracks and playing at home for the cat, it’s fair to say I’m pretty excited to play for a real, live audience again next Saturday!! I hope you’ll join me at the fabulous Tempo Rubato! All ticket sales online only via EventBrite.

08.01.2022 I’ve spent a lot of time at 3MBS recently as the resident mentor on The Talent, and now I’m delighted to be performing a recital myself on air tomorrow night! Tune in at 7pm for an hour of fabulous piano repertoire and interviews!

04.01.2022 Eileen Joyce has landed in Coffs Harbour and already located the best coffee in town! Caffeinated performance at 3pm today at the Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium, some tickets available at the door!

03.01.2022 This week I’ve had the enormous opportunity to play for the inimitable Graham Johnson in the Melbourne International Festival of Lieder and Art Song, and am looking forward to performing in the showcase concert this Thursday night at Melba Hall! But if you are singer who fancies Lieder, or a pianist who thinks you know how to accompany singers, then you must get to one of Graham’s final master classes (today at 2.30 or tomorrow at 10am) and prepare to be amazed! What an incredible mind!

02.01.2022 'Eileen' has been in the air, and now she's ON the air - 8.30pm (or 9pm if you're in Victoria) on ABC Radio Adelaide! 891 AM or http://www.abc.net.au/radio/adelaide/ Tune in for an interview with Peter Goers about this weekend's performances of Fame, Fortune & Lies #adlfringe

02.01.2022 A great day yesterday adjudicating and awarding prizes to these little cherubs at the West West Gippsland Music & Drama Eisteddfod! Feeling almost outgrown by the 10 yrs and under performers... Day two about to begin!

02.01.2022 Playing two sets tonight (7.30 and 8.30) at this fabulous new bar in Brunswick! All my (and your) favourite repertoire (for free!) plus drinks, good company and good vibes - see you for a wine after the show!
