22.01.2022 TRANSFORMING SHADOWS INTO LIGHT Anyone else experiencing sleepless nights with energy bursts running through your body? Over the past few weeks I was wide awake between 1am and 4am , feeling restless with lots of energy running through my body - no, no drinks or drugs haha stopped doing that quite sometime ago there are some intense energy shifts happening.. When I finally fall asleep I have the most vivid dreams with people and things from the past showing up and I feel... quite drained and foggy in the morning..I see it as a release of the old - old patterns and attachments..So I trust and surrender to it rather than fighting it.. What helps me to shift my energy and to go in with my day are all the things I live and teach but mostly to be in the ocean.. to surf, swim, float or just be near the water and listen to the sound of it.. it seems to help to clear and cleanse and activate my energy so I can come back to my energetic self and be the best version of me Let me know if that resonates and definitely give the ocean a try if you have the chance Lots of love #energy #energyshifts #healing #ocean #oceanhealingpowers #meditation #yoga #surfing #quantumflow #dreams #breathwork #transformation

Made me smile and after all the rain this morning it turned out to be a beautiful day and I am riding along one of my favorite path beside the beach .. Happy Sunday xxx
