19.01.2022 To all my clients, I would like to let you know due to COVID-19 we have been forced to close the business until further notice. The new decision by the Victorian government has asked all non-essential businesses to shut down. I have to put my family’s health first in this pandemic. We will be closed as of Tuesday 24th March. 18.01.2022 This is quite confronting for me to post, but I’m proud of how far I have come. The first photo is 12 weeks post birth the second is 5 months after that. I have to admit it’s been hard fitting in workouts while being back at work, being a Mum and still keeping up with everything else that life throws at you. But I’ve made sure to fit in at least 3-4 workouts a week and walk everyday. Our bodies go through so much during pregnancy so I made sure to let my body fully recover fo...r around 10 weeks without any exercise apart from light walking. I did have diastasis recti (abdominal muscle seperation) and a natural birth so coming back into training was like starting again I felt like I had zero core and pelvic floor strength and it took a lot of time to be able to do the things I used to do. I’m now 8 and a half months post partum and I can’t wait to keep training and becoming as fit and healthy as I can be for myself and for Eli. See more



18.01.2022 IMPORTANT Hi everyone I really don’t like having to post this but a reminder to all clients to please cancel with at least 12 hours notice. In the last few weeks we have had a large amount of extremely late cancellations or no shows. This is really unfair on Deb and myself because if you don’t show or cancel late and we can’t fill the spot we don’t get paid and when numerous amounts of people do this each week it really does add up. I would like to put in place that there will be a cancellation policy if sessions are cancelled late without any reason, the session will be forfeited or will need to be paid before attending your next session. I believe this is fair and will be in place immediately. Kate

17.01.2022 IMPORTANT !! In line with government restrictions announced today I will be closing as of Wednesday night. All appointments after that will be cancelled. I will be in contact once we have a date to reopen. Please stay safe and I hope I get to train you all again soon.

14.01.2022 Hi, Firstly I just want to say how grateful I am for a the love and support to go forward with online training. So this is how I am going to trial it for the first week and see how it runs.... I will create a seperate Facebook group that I will add you to once payment has been made ($20 per week). I will release one workout a day for the next three days. You can cancel at any time from doing these workouts, but I’ll be checking in at the end of the week to see how you all g...o and to receive any feedback on what can be improved. As I said the workouts will be mainly body weight so that it can cater for everyone but if you can get your hands on a booty band and resistance band (which you can get cheap at Kmart) you will get more benefit out of the class. She has lost 19cm off of her body in this time. Keep putting in the hard work you’re doing so well Tanya and I have loved getting to know you and pushing you in our sessions.

11.01.2022 PT client of the month- Tiarne Tiarne has been training with Deb in preparation for her wedding. She has achieved some amazing results which she was willing for me to share with you all. In 14 weeks tiarne has dropped almost 27cm. Some of the major areas include 4.5cm from her chest,10cm off of her hips, and almost 9.5cm from her thighs. They are incredible results and are so deserved due to all of the hard work she has put in each week at personal training. Myself and Deb would like to wish her good luck and congratulations on her wedding which is this Saturday. You are going to look absolutely amazing in your dress we can’t wait to see photos.

08.01.2022 IMPORTANT!!!!!! A message to all clients returning to personal training as of next week. A few rules we need to abide by: 1. There is hand sanitiser available as soon as you enter the gym, please sanitise as soon as you arrive. 2. Make sure to bring your towel. 3. If you have your own gym mat please bring that if not you can still use the ones I supply. They will be cleaned after each use. ... 4. All machines and weights will be sanitised in between sessions. 5. There will be no boxing sessions due to social distancing rules. 6. 05.01.2022 Hi all, as most of you know I am expecting baby number 2 at the end of may. So my last day of work before starting maternity leave will be the 30th April. I have made the hard decision to close after this date until further notice to allow myself time with my family. I will be back in the future and will keep you updated through this page when I plan on recommencing sessions. Thankyou
