22.01.2022 We were lucky enough to cater for a beautiful couple for their wedding in this location a few years ago for Byron and Jess here at Patonga Beach And this weekend I get to relax and enjoy lovely food and wines and remember the day. Perfect weather again. Well done Patonga, Sydney, Australia and my wonderful friends.. Well done Gardiner family. Thank you

20.01.2022 Another year catering for Super Bowl. Missed my wonderful assistant Karen Goodrich this year but had the lovely Natasha helping me. How was that half time entertainment this year? Jennifer Lopez- amazing Speechless she was great !
