19.01.2022 It never leaves. You can’t wait for the moment there’s no darkness or you don’t self-doubt, or when you’ve got all your ducks in a row, or someone outside of you gives you permission or validation. Either you are going to let all those doubts and feels stop you (destructive) or you are going to have enough mental discipline to see them and not let them hold you back. ... You have enough mental discipline (and emotional intelligence) to know when your thought processes are constructive (getting you prepared and in quality control) and when they’ve shifted to destructive and are now self-sabotaging and holding you back. The ‘darkness’ never leaves. You are not a one-sided being. If you hold yourself back and keep waiting for the moment you are, you are going to spend a whole life waiting. You build confidence by doing something you’ve never done before, knowing there is no such thing as ‘failure’ (there’s only learning and it all makes you better and gets you closer to what you seek) and then once you’ve done it, realising you can do that and now you have the confidence to. 16.01.2022 My sole purpose is to make you aware of your energy, the effect it has on you and your relationships and the power you have to change it at any moment. Once you create an understanding of the energy you’re ‘putting out’ into the world and your relationships, you have a better understanding of what is ‘coming back’ in energetically and why. Energy is everything.... Energy will dictate what clients you call in. What experiences you allow in. If everything is energy, then anything can be healed energetically. 04.01.2022 I’m a healer first and foremost. Yes, I’m a killer facilitator but what makes me amazing at that is the fact that I’m a healer first and foremost. I train healers.... The ones who’s heart breaks over watching their sisters and community hurt. The ones who know there’s a way for this woman in front of them to find all of who she is and make something extraordinary with that. The ones who are in for the mess and love harder. The ones who know how to guide home. The keepers of wisdom...even if you feel too uncertain to really let it out, you know it lies within you like a sleeping dragon. Whenever I look upon a woman, a man, a couple or a family who have come into my zone I think to myself ‘what poem is in front of me?’ I don’t see dysfunction. I see only art. A love song. A poem.
