23.01.2022 Registrations are now open for all players U6, U8, U10, U12 & U14 All Registrations are through our online system Rugby Xplorer 2021 season fees are $170 per player ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO THE FIRST OFFICIAL TRAINING SESSION WHICH WILL BE IN APRIL. You cannot train unless you are registered.... Step by Step Process: Prior to the registration you will need to know your child’s height and weight. You will need to download the Rugby Xplorer app to your phone or enter the site https://myaccount.rugby.com.au in your internet browser to begin registration. Register by clicking on the Person symbol (located in the top right-hand side of the screen). At this point, yours and/or your children’s names should appear if they played last season. If your child is new, or you are registering with a new email, you will be asked to create an account now. Do it in your name, as the parent, and then add all your children that are intending to play. When you are ready to register: 1. Click on one child, then click Continue 2. Club Name Enter Junior Beetles Rugby Union Club, click Search 3. Click on it and click Next 4. Registration role click on player 5. Registration Type click on XV Juniors Country WA 6. Duration click on Season -- Then click NEXT 7. Personal details enter all personal details -- Then click NEXT 8. Headshot (Optional) Add in, the Headshot must be public, so click NOT PRIVATE. This is for the team sheet as the opposition Manager must be able to view names and photos. 9. Address, Gender, Country. Then click CONFIRM, then click NEXT 10. Emergency Contact Add in -- Then click NEXT 11. Then add weight and height details -- Then click NEXT 12. Agree to Rugby Australia Terms and Conditions. Then click NEXT 13. Payment screen Please note there is a credit card surcharge of 2% 14. Click FINISH NB if you have more children go in and register them the same way. ALL PAYMENTS ONLINE ARE CREDIT CARD OR ZIP PAY ONLY KIDSPORT You will need to go to www.dsr.wa.gov.au/funding/individuals/kidsport to apply for a voucher. Once you have done this you will need to email [email protected] and request a club discount code. This will be emailed to you. Add this code in the payment section to register. 20.01.2022 Fixtures for our first game of the season! Saturday 25th - Barnard Park, Busselton. Please be there at least 30min before for warm up. Masters (Golden Oldies) will then run on, followed by the senior Bulls & Margs team. Western Force will be shown on the screen in the pavilion at 5pm.
