25.01.2022 Toyota Landcruiser 200 series v8 diesel engine end cover cleaned for customer. This particular customer is building a complete new stroker motor for his 200 series landcruiser. I have also cleaned numerous other parts for his build.

23.01.2022 CR500 1986 ( the monster ) fuel tank thoroughly cleaned of in ground dirt ready for some more love to bring back to original finish by client. The next step for client is to sand out scratches or fill deep battle scars and finish with a heat gun to bring back a shine to surface.

16.01.2022 Late 70's Suzuki Rm400 swingarm ! This was painted black and was incorrect for the Rm 400's which were silver. Earlier Rm 360's, 250's etc were black and were steel. Ready for customer to either paint silver or leave natural aluminium finish this is up to him

15.01.2022 1983 yz250 K plastic fuel tank . Had been painted over plastic and ground in dirt from 37 years of getting around the dirt tracks of who knows where here in Aussie land. Cleaned and back to base for customer to give some further attention .

15.01.2022 2001 yz 250 engine cases cleaned for client ready for new bearings and seals to be installed. Years of embedded dirt and grease gone and brought back to how they came from Yamaha all those years ago ! Before and after

15.01.2022 Boyd usa aluminium wheels to suit Holden cleaned up for customer to get powdercoated. These had been sitting around in the elements for years and now have a new lease of life .

14.01.2022 Datsun intake being converted to injection and rocker covers. Just think about it these have been around for at least 40 - 50 years and this is the first time they have been bought back to their base material since they were first manufactured. They are now like the day they were first manufactured ready for whatever the client/customer wants to do with them. They can be repainted or simply left the way they are it's his choice !

14.01.2022 1970's drum brake dirt bike front and rear hubs cleaned up for customer ! Front hub had been dry sand blasted previously and had a dull rougher surface, once hydroblasted it has peened the surface and brought back the satin lustre to the surface

13.01.2022 V8 chev supercar engine rocker covers cleaned up and blended Matt finish for the look this client was after. Before and after. Also fitted to engine.

13.01.2022 Gsx 1000 1981 Suzuki engine cases cleaned like new ! You will notice in first picture the case on the right was previously soda blasted by someone else. The customer was not all that happy with the result so decided to hydroblast with us using spherical glass bead ! The results speak for themself ! The finish is back to its original as it would have looked all those years ago if not better !

12.01.2022 Datsun 230z early 70's aluminium drum brakes and diff cover cleaned ready for clients restoration of his classic Datsun.

11.01.2022 Gas Gas Ec 300 barrel brought back to base ready for new top end kit while also receiving new power valve bearings. Good as new ! it is very easy to find any defects or potential issues when every detail is as clean as when it was first assembled from factory.

11.01.2022 Hz 4 door Monaro headlight surrounds cleaned up ready for powder coating by customer ! These had allready been powdercoated previously and paint was in poor condition so owner is going back to base aluminium substrate to have them redone !

11.01.2022 Brand new Holley chev rocker covers from the Holley factory. The finish not great from new unless you intend on painting them or powdercoating. This particular customer wanted them natural unpainted and blended surface.

11.01.2022 Holden 308 edelbrock torker inlet manifold cleaned up for customer !!

10.01.2022 Toyota Landcruiser 6 cylinder rocker cover cleaned up for customer inside and out. Before and after pics. Care is always taken on any item but these need special attention to vent cavity behind baffle plate to make sure all residue is out and blown out with air as well as finished of with heat gun to make sure it is thoroughly dry inside. The baffle plate cannot be removed as it is riveted on from factory.

08.01.2022 1970's Montesa plastic tank cleaned for client. This tank was in very good shape for age with only minor scratches from riding and no deep gouges in plastic. All grime and dirt has been removed.

08.01.2022 Vk Calais v8 1985 rims cleaned for customer, bad corrosion and 35 years of baked in dirt. Customer is going to polish outside face. This is the way to go about it do this first then polish.

06.01.2022 Holley double pump carburetor destined for rebuild to find a new home in a 427 powered chevrolet Impala. Customer rebuilding carburetor fully, this is important as there will always be some residue inside that needs to be removed. Alternatively it can be supplied dismantled guaranteeing no glass bead residue is present.

05.01.2022 This LS1 Chev block was done around a month & 1/2 ago in preparation to send to the engine builder. This is intended to end up in a project VL commodore. The engine builder would have appreciative to start with this blank canvas to work his magic knowing exactly what he has to work with and no hidden surprises. Only way to start a important project that is also an investment in your project you are committing to and will enjoy for years to come. Before and after.

05.01.2022 Early 1980's yamaha yz swingarm cleaned up for client.

05.01.2022 Early 1900's cast iron toilet cistern with bell and chain. Customer had specific requirements to make this look like it was 100 years old for their entertainment room restroom remote from their main house. I think it looks very antique now and they plan to have this as a actual working unit very soon. I wish them all the best it sounds like an amazing project

04.01.2022 Early to mid 70's Akront rim made in Spain. Akront original sticker saved and ready to be relaced to hub. This rim had no clear coating to deal with but had some mild corrosion mostly on inside, generally in excellent condition for age.

02.01.2022 1973 Honda XL350 and XL250 engine cases thouroughly cleaned back to original castings substrate. Someone at some stage had tried to clean these by wire wheel and spent numerous hours doing so. They still cannot achieve a even and blended surface consistent with how they originally were cast from factory all those decades ago. These were from the factory painted inside and out with a slight green colour by Honda Japan. Customer is repainting these and wanted them back to a original state to achieve the best possible result he could to how the came from the factory all those decades ago ! The latter photos show how this can be achieved with hydroblasting ! I love this process and bringing back these precious parts back to life !

01.01.2022 Used Ktm 450 sx front disc cleaned up. Disc has minimal wear started life new at 3mm thickness still measures 2.9mm and has a minimum wear thickness of 2.5mm so well worth cleaning as will last a while longer for the customer.
