15.01.2022 A huge weekend last weekend where the Hunter Valley All Stars (the competitive swim club that represents JLF) had one of their smallest teams in a while but the results were phenomenal Four swimmers qualified to go Jack Reynolds Charlie Potts ... Nelly Flannery Levi Reynolds and all four came home with top 10 finishes whilst Charlie won a silver medal in the backstroke at his first attempt swimming at this level. It warms the heart to see these results out of swimmers who have come through our learn to swim program. Congrats to you all with a pat on the back for the support crew of parents who attended Mission Accomplished

07.01.2022 A huge weekend for our competitive swimmers this weekend at the Coast and Valley championships at Lambton Pool with this being of the first official carnivals of the season due to CoVid. To be honest we had some spectacular results which were a fantastic reward for all of the hard work these swimmers have put in. We had over 92% PBs and 11 medals with 5 of them being golds. It was great to see but just the results but the fantastic camaraderie amd friendships that are bui...lt amongst the group giving it that concept of team within an individual sport. The star of the meet was 10 year old Charlie Potts who won 3 individual gold medals and dominated the backstroke events for his age. This is made all the more special as Charlie has come right through the JLF swim program. This was the first time Jack Reynolds and Maddy Flannery won their first medals. It was also the first time for Emittee Bourke competing at this level. Again a big congratulations to all who competed as we move forward to bigger and better things ... Well done
