21.01.2022 A bit about me. I have 2 dogs and started the canine myotherapy course due to one of my dogs getting attacked in the street by another big dog. His neck was sore and he became roached backed due to the pain. I had him looked at by a dog chiroractor and another dog massager which I didnt realise was a thing. I became interested and started studying ! I have also been dog grooming for almost 10yrs now starting off as a bather and working my way up. I now have a small home set up.

19.01.2022 Slippery floors; are actually bad for dogs. They can injure themselves by slipping and sliding. Old dogs often find them difficult to walk on. Suggestion 1; reccomened trimming hair on paw pads for a better grip. Step 2; nails trimmed Step 3; matts or carpet in high traffic areas and last of all Step 4; as it may be fun try and limit playing with dogs by throwing toys down the hall to reduce them skidding

14.01.2022 Rock taping course completed. Rocktaping is excellent as its like a physio tape that lifts the skin and increases circulation. Reduces bruising and decreases swelling. I am happy to try techniques on dogs . Great for stabilizing locking patella. Rock tape has stretch so the dog can still move comfortably. Also good for people especially groomers that can get carpal tunnel. I will not be charging for rocktape currently just want to practise a bit more so looking for suitable candidates.

13.01.2022 I will be undertaking a rocktape course next week. This will broaden my area of kinesiolgy and working with tape on dogs. Pictures and certificate to come. Watch this space.
