24.01.2022 Aloha I wonder how many of us have problems with sleep hygiene. Weather it comes from a lack of routine, stress, over exhaustion and so on. 24.01.2022 Greetings and big love to everyone out there. What an intense year right!? I hope everone out there has been able to adjust and find their feet during these difficult times. I was definitely blown off course for a few months there myself. But here we are! I'm pleased to inform everone that I am offering services again, although for now booking times will be scarce (I imagine) as I will only be open during limited hours. 22.01.2022 Love everyone, Im officially closing up as a massage therapist (for the foreseeable future) to do my part in slowing the spread. Being youthful and fit, I have no way of knowing for sure weather I carry the contagion whilst remaining asymptomatic. No amount of sanitation would prevent spread in an industry with such heavy bodily contact and intimate breathing room. I suppose I could be just as concerned with contracting it from a client as well so hence my decision to close... the doors for now. I will however continue with posting on this page with different topics relating to what to do with my time and mine/our health. LOVE AND HEALTH TO ALL

14.01.2022 Hello my beloved tribe! I have an exiting new announcement to make! Recently I have been awarded a certification as a sound healing practitioner through one of our great pioneers in the rediscovery of the ancient healing methods using vibration and frequency (among many other techniques), Robbie Thompson 432hz music . Being an existing sound practitioner, some of you may already have noticed either through attending our sessions in the past at Yoga Connect Shen, working wit...h yoga instructor Bistra Atanassova at Final Form Martial Arts, or having experienced it one on one either during or outside of my massage practice. Maybe you've heard my music or we have jammed out before. However! I had not seriously engaged myself with the theoretical dimensions to healing through sound, and this course has for me been the PERFECT introduction. This makes me very pleased to announce that I will be working with this modality much more often now. There will be some details to follow, but in the future I will be holding group space as well as individual space with this method! I very much look forward to sharing it with you all!
