20.01.2022 It is nearly Christmas. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our students and their families and friends who supported us all year. We would also like to invite our students and their families and friends to look at our many new and refurbished classical instruments, specifically the Alex Steinbach pianos, the Altamira guitars and the various sizes violins as consideration for Christmas presents and instrument upgrades. As you all know, Hooi is happy to help when she is not teaching a lesson.

20.01.2022 The discussion is on the left hand thumb. Jeff, our guitar teacher was telling me that a former violin student of mine who is now learning guitar has got a problematic thumb that couldnt move with the other fingers, hence not able to support the last two weaker fingers in depressing the strings. I now have a violin student who was a former guitarist whose thumb moves with the fingers, hence not able to find correct pitches.
