24.01.2022 Caleb came to me and said he wanted to gain muscle and get bigger. So we set a short term goal of a 5 kilogram weight gain in 10 weeks. Since then he has followed my meal plan to a tee and has trained with me twice per week for the last 9 weeks... Caleb has now gained 8.2 kg in 9 weeks.. ... By simply being consistent with he's eating and training we have achieved this outcome so far. Well done Caleb Whetton keep it up bro ... I'm proud of you ..
