23.01.2022 Mark the date in your calendars - beginning at 10 am on Sunday the 5th of October we will be hosting a "Battle of the Sessions" with a Bake Sale & Saussage Sizzle to raise funds for Radio Lollipop (Children in Hospital)!! The Battle of the Sessions will involve teams of 5 ladies from each of the 5am, 6am, 9am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm daily sessions to participate in a fun and friendly WOD-off!! This will include a special WOD done in Onesies!! Let us know by commenting below if you're keen to join a team. Also, we are hoping some of the blokes will volunteer to man the Saussage Sizzle... Donations of treats for the Bake Sale are gladly accepted and come on down to purchase them on the day as your donations go to Radio Lollipop at Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital. Come on down to check it all out!

23.01.2022 Good Luck Casey! We'll all be cheering from Kal! G'day guys, After a long preseason summer has finally arrived and it's time to compete on what is set to be a busy schedule for the rest of 2014. I have partnered up with one of Australia's most talented up and coming players Cole Durant and have been able to achieve two 1st place results in the first two rounds of the WA State Tour.... This weekend I will be traveling to Sydney to represent Australia at the Oceania Beach Volleyball Championships on Manly Beach. This will be a great opportunity to gain points towards World Tour and Olympic qualification. Following that event I will be competing in the first stop of the Australian National Tour also held in Sydney. The trip will also include a photo shoot with Men's and Women's Health so stay posted and see what comes of it. Special thanks need to go to Kaye Brock and the Kal Active team for all the support. Feeling better than ever going into the season mainly due to a well planned schedule of strength training mixed with functional fitness. Thanks to all the trainers who provided support especially Ryan Bowe and Shem Evans who have been by my side most of the time. Finally thank you to the Kal Active community who make training so enjoyable every day. Look forward to seeing you all in 2 weeks. Hope to do the gym proud. Cheers, Gricey
