23.01.2022 If you are looking for a delicious,quick and easy chicken recipe this one is it. *** Baked Honey Mustard Chicken *** Ingredients : - 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves... - Kampot pepper and salt to taste - 1/2 cup honey - 1/2 cup prepared mustard - 1 teaspoon dried basil - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley Directions 1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F) 2. Liberally sprinkle chicken breasts with kampot pepper and some salt to taste, and place in a lightly greased baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the chicken and brush to cover. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juice run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.



22.01.2022 I put Kampot Pepper on most on my meals but with some it is absolutely essential. Just try eating a ham cheese tomato sandwich without it..........boring!!!

04.01.2022 In talking to a friend, I discovered that he was crushing his Kampot pepper in bulk for future use. DON'T do this. The pepper will loose its lovely flavour. Only crush what you require for immediate use.



01.01.2022 Easy to prepare for a world-class dinner! KAMPOT PEPPER BEEF Ingredients (serving 2 peoples): 1 Tbs palm sugar... 3 Tbs black Kampot Pepper 2 Tbs Soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1.5 Tbs red Kampot Pepper The juice of one lime 300g of beef meat, cut in cubes 2 Tablespoons of olive oil 1 Onion, minced 1 Tbs of fish sauce Mix together the palm sugar, the black Kampot Pepper and red Kampot Pepper (chopped), the garlic, the lime juice and the Soy sauce in a bowl. Add the pieces of beef. Let marinate during at least one hour in the fridge. Heat up some olive oil, then stir-fried one minced onion. Add the marinated beef and let it cooked. When ready add a Tbs of lime juice and the fish sauce. This is it! You are ready to serve it with some delicious Cambodian Jasmin rice! Enjoy the great taste of the Cambodian countryside!
