Unfortunately, for the majority of us, this only happens when we sleep. ... The easiest way to give the mind more calm is to find an environment that removes you from your stresses, anxieties, fears and uncertainties of every day life. For me, that’s the beach. Getting my feet in the sand, the sounds, the smells, the energy of the ocean... it’s a perfect combination where my mind feels free. Find yours. And when you have it, make it a habit.

So why would one bad year (ie. 2020) make you throw in chasing your wildest dreams? ... Or one bad conversation ruin an entire day? Or one toxic person sending you an unfair text make you spend the day over-thinking, over-analysing yourself and your priorities in life? You own your story. You write it. Don’t let the influence of external variables make you close the book. It’s yours for the taking

04.01.2022 Circle Back in the early days of social media (MySpace, etc) I remember thinking how life was all about having massive volumes of friends. The more people you had in your phone and the more people you knew, the better off you were. Couldn’t have been more wrong.... Now I’m all about having a handful of close friends and going deep on those relationships. Skin deep relationships won’t add value to your life nor will those ppl be there for you when you need a shoulder to cry on, a bottle of wine to drink on a Monday night or get you out of a tight spot when you need them most. Find your circle and then nurture it.
