19.01.2022 It's today!!! The KangaMoose Rock Band is excited to be playing on the John Speight Stage on The Corso in Manly (in front of the big Christmas tree) this afternoon from 2-4pm. We will be playing Christmas songs as part of the Northern Beaches Council Christmas initiative. Come and join us! Great way to get into the Christmas spirit!

19.01.2022 Tomorrow! Tomorrow! Are you looking for something super fun and affordable to do in these last few days of the school holidays? Well then... We have a few tickets available for our special School Holiday Concert with The KangaMoose Rock Band tomorrow (Friday, April 16th) at 10:30am at the beautiful Dee Why Surf Club. This is a more intimate concert held in the smaller room of the surf club instead of the big room we used for our concerts in pre-Covid times. Space is limited... so I open up the concerts to my class kids first. I just had some last minute cancellations so I am opening this concert up to the general public. First in best dressed! This is an awesome rockin' concert featuring rocked up’ nursery rhymes and children’s songs as well as hits from The Wiggles, Frozen and Frozen 2, Moana, Sing, Madagascar, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Tones and I, Queen and more. All played by a live band! There are also musical shakers and dancing ribbons for all the kids! It's an absolute blast! The cost is $15 per child, $10 for siblings 18 months +, $5 for siblings 12-17 months, $5 for adults and free for bubs under 12 months. 18.01.2022 KangaMoose Music is online! We've got to keep the music (and the business) alive in these crazy times! Actually, we have been singing and dancing and playing instruments online via Zoom for several weeks now. We finished off the last three weeks of Term 1 with surprisingly effective and super fun online music & movement classes for the kids that were already booked in as regulars for the term. We've also had awesome rockin' school holiday concerts for these same kids ...the past two weeks. It's very convenient that the guitarist from The KangaMoose Rock Band (Lindsay) lives with me, the lead singer. Jamie, the drummer in the band, couldn't join us as he is isolating with his own family but luckily he had given me his old drum kit and we taught Junior KangaMoose (our 8 year old daughter Rafa) to play the drums so she joined us instead. We are going to have one more special online concert tomorrow at 10am on the last day of school holidays (before we start homeschooling ) and we are opening up a few spots to the general public. It's a special song request concert! We will play anything you want: Frozen, Moana, Trolls, Cars, Sing, Madagascar, The Wiggles, Baby Shark, Bon Jovi, AC/DC...even the crazy difficult songs from Frozen 2! This is an intimate concert held in the smaller room where our music classes are held instead of the big room we usually use for our concerts. The Covid-safe limit of the room is 26 people so I only opened up our concerts to my regular term kids these school holidays. I just had some last min...ute cancellations so I am opening them up to the general public. First in best dressed! ;-) This is an awesome rockin' concert featuring rocked up’ nursery rhymes and children’s songs as well as hits from The Wiggles, Moana, Sing, Madagascar, Taylor Swift, Tones and I and of course lots and lots of Frozen AND Frozen 2 songs!!! All played by a live band! There are also sanitized musical shakers and dancing ribbons for all the kids and lots of space in the room for physically distant dancing!
