Our co-founder Gavin Folden has visited this plantation himself previously, and we have continued buying from them for the better part of 15 years. We use our old favourites of Ethiopian Harrar, Indian Ratnagiri and Kenyan Githongo AB beans, roasted to a lighter espresso profile. What we achieve is a smooth, complex flavour of dark chocolate, caramelised raisins and plums.
