25.01.2022 Today is my longest trail for my entire life, and the previous long run was 21K during an Ultra Spartan Race (5 years ago) which I did not cross the line. I have made a few mistakes during my long run today at 30K mark on the trail. https://lnkd.in/ggKN6Uk Going into this run, I have a goal to complete 28K but managed to push just a little further for more time on the feet. Happy with it besides a few mistakes along the way. ... At the end of the video, I have listed the 5 mistakes I have encountered, and it's something I need to work on moving forward as I continue to grow and love this sport. I bought my vest and bladder ready to take it to Plenty Gorge for 3-4 hours session on the trail along with some energy gel.... I have also dropped off my bike for a service (never done it), replace tyres and handle strap and still waiting for my cleat shoes to keep training my legs on rest days.
