24.01.2022 Beautiful way to spend the day back at home yesterday. On the kayaks from Douglas Park to our favourite spot, on the rock, beside the falls, for a light lunch and a cider. It's a tough life...

22.01.2022 It's very rare to walk out my front door and see a stunning reverse sunset in the clouds. Needless to say, I promptly turned around and returned with my Canon. Never miss a minute, any amount of time, when there is a sunset igniting the clouds. When you stop, take time and look around, this life is pretty amazing.

20.01.2022 Quickly caught the sunset tonight. Love the rain and the cool days we have enjoyed but I've missed this sky more...Cawdor Sunset...

19.01.2022 In a world full of hate, be a light When you do somebody wrong, make it right, Don't hide in the dark, you were born to shine... In a world full of hate, be a light... Hillary Scott, Thomas Rhett, Chris Tomlin, Reba McEntire and, of course my country man, #keithurban Enjoy your weekend. Karen Gaye. X See more

18.01.2022 Awesome short and easy walk from Sugarloaf Creek Rd to See Thru Pool. Bargo River never ceases to amaze me, as a photographer and a hiker.

16.01.2022 We often start Monday a little lackluster already wishing it was Friday again. Friday arrives and Happy Days! Yet weekends are often busier than weekdays leaving us needing a weekend to get over the weekend! The weekend, we've spent wishing away for 5 days, is often lost because we forgot to appreciate the other five days in our lives. I'm learning to slow down, appreciate every moment and minute of my life, taking nothing for granted. Made a moment to appreciate sunset last night over Cawdor.

10.01.2022 Not my best sunset pic but I've missed seeing a sunset so much I'm sharing what I love over and above being perfect. Cawdor Sunset.

08.01.2022 When I run I always find a beautiful scene that just stops me. I breathe out, appreciate what my eye sees and literally say "Wow!". It's only because I'm running (I'm a slow runner, granted) that I see them. It's only when I take the time, I appreciate them. I need to do more of that. Life isn't a race you can win and I plan on finishing last, not first. Biffins Lane, Cawdor. Wollondilly Shire.

07.01.2022 One of two stunning sunsets last week that embraced the whole skyline. I just managed to Kapture what I could with my amateur skills with help from Peter, in my PJ's and my Uggies, being hauled up a steep hill on Old Razorback Road. "I can't get up there?" "Yes you can!" I did. I'm learning not doubt myself. I'm stronger than I know, and so are you. Where there is no struggle, there is no strength. Oprah

06.01.2022 I was nearly, literally, carried away by the mozzies taking this pic among the most amazing Port Jackson Figs I've ever seen. I can't split my passions so I'm not going to. I'm going to do both (and more as they come to me). KbyK will be 'Beach' and our inland landscape 'Bush'. B&B by KbyK! (Photo: Coolangatta, NSW)

05.01.2022 The best lens a photographer has is perspective, vision, passion and her legs! Even on a rainy day Sydney is spectacular....

04.01.2022 The clouds of tonight's, absolutely, stunning sunset. This kapture was possible, not only because of the person behind the lens. It was made possible because of the man that supports me unconditionally.

03.01.2022 The first Green and Gold I've seen at the end of this winter. This beautiful view and Wattle at the beginning of today's run, sheltered by the wind, at Thirlmere Lakes National Park. I love where I live.
