25.01.2022 Meet the team behind the 2020 Kapunda Rodeo. Some of these volunteers have multiple rodeos under their belts, and for some its their first year. L to R..... 25.01.2022 The 2020 Kapunda Rodeo Committee has met after a 10 week Rona imposed break. A lot has happened in the last 10 weeks. Some good, some bad and some.... well, bloody heartbreaking. Nevertheless, we have decided to push along as fast as we possibly can to hopefully bring you the event youre all waiting for. This may result in a late cancellation if it all goes pear shaped with government restrictions etc. but you cant have a rodeo without a few bumps, bruises and scratches. So saddle up for what could possibly be the toughest ride yet.

17.01.2022 **IMPORTANT NOTICE** Sadly, today the Kapunda No Bull Concert Event committee has made the decision to cancel the show. The lack of a camping facility has impacted far more on ticket sales than we could have imagined, and it is for this reason that we have made the tough decision.... We would much prefer to cancel than give our incredible supporters a less than ideal experience! It’s not all doom and gloom though. 13.01.2022 SEEKING PHOTOGRAPHERS: The 2020 Kapunda Rodeo is seeking expressions of interest from photographers. 5 positions available. Read ALL the below before considering these positions. SEEKING:... 2x unrestricted photographers. These MUST have APRA insurance. These positions will have unrestricted access including access to the arena at certain times (at the discretion of the Arena Foreman), access to the corporate facility to capture our guests, behind the scenes access and access to the usual areas including the photographers stand. Dress code is mandatory and will be discussed with successful applicants. 3x restricted photographers/media representatives. Access to all general admin areas plus access to the photographers stand. Strictly NO ACCESS to the arena. All expressions of interest will be reviewed by the committee and the committees decision is final! Your details (name and contact details) will be shared on our page so that competitors, spectators, sponsors and corporate bodies can contact you directly to purchase your images. Sarah's reputation as a charismatic and talented live performer has seen her travel to far parts of South Australia and also the east coast.... We are big fans of Sarah and are delighted she will be joining us to perform live at the Kapunda No Bull Concert! 01.01.2022 Well its official.... after last nights committee meeting, it was unanimously agreed that Kapunda Rodeo 2020 will not go ahead. At this stage were reviewing the feasibility of holding the rodeo early next year.... obviously at the mercy of SA Health and their recommendations. HOWEVER...... watch this space closely as we work to bring you a substitute event on the 21st of November. Itll be with reduced numbers to keep it Covid safe..... I guess its our way to thank you guys for all the support over the years. Details to follow but I can say.... there will be an 8 second ride or two involved. Keep the date free and we should be in a position to announce more details of the event after we meet in a fortnight. As always.... please share to get the word out. Fab.
