Any students who have visited the Wuhan area of China in the last few months must wait two weeks from the time they entered Australia to participate in our classes. 14.01.2022 Hey Kenpo Freestylers and karate fans, tomorrow we are trialing our very first day of online virtual lessons for Mona Vale, Mosman & St Ives. We intend on rolling this out for all schools and will let you know how it goes stay tuned. This isn't just a live stream or a watch screen. This is an interactive feedback full lesson system. A true virtual Dojo and lesson!! We are super excited about it and in these hard times it may provide us all with some sense of normality in y...our Dojo .. in your own home, with your instructors. As with last camp there will be opportunity to buy lunch with black belt supervision if required. If you are asthmatic please bring your puffer and advise us before starting the day of your particular condition(s) - As with allergies, diabetes or any other possible medical situations. Just a reminder about our holiday camp this coming Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the 8th, 9th & 10th July at Collaroy Plateau Drop off between 8 and 8.30 pick up at 4pm...
