09.01.2022 Good afternoon Falls Creek Folks We have a big announcement to make. JB’s Restaurant will be holding a fundraising dinner for Steve Lee. We are aiming to raise $ 2K and plus to help Steve with his recovery. The dinners will be held over 3 months (one each month January, February and March).... Our first dinner German Night will be held this Saturday (16 Jan) starting from 6.30pm and it will cost $50/person The German Night will include Jerry’s famous goulash soup and then pork schnitzels, german sausages (whitewurst, brathwurst, kransky and debrecine) and then you get sauerkraut, mash, some smoke knuckle meat, gypsy ham, salads bar and once you get through it all then you can get stuck into the cakes table - black forest cake, cheesecake, orange cake, kugelhopf cake, apple strudel, Jerry's pastry and cookies and more - oh what a night it is going to be. 06.01.2022 It is such a nice day today that I had to leave the kitchen and go for a bike ride and on the way back I checked out the lower car park - very empty Hope that the next weekend it will be a chock-a-block with visitors cars

05.01.2022 Hello everyone, Well it has arrived, first snow prior winter season. We got about 2cm of the white freshie, just enough for kids to have a snow play. The village was transformed to wonderland - well for at least a few hours. If you are holidaying below the mountain, then bring your kids to Falls Creek for a snow play. Our JB’s Restaurant on Parallel street is open for hot refreshments so don’t waste your time and come up Hope to see you all soon.

03.01.2022 Good evening Falls Creek folks, Important message from JB's Restaurant: We are proud to announce that the second tier fundraising dinner for Steve Lee will take a place on the 27th of February in JB's Restaurant. We are offering "Fondue's Night".... We'll start the evening dinner with Jerry's pumpkin soup and then we'll have 4 tables offering the cheese fondue and 2 tables offering the meat fondue. On the conclusion of the mains, we will serve the chocolate fondue (Belgian chocolate) with seasonal fruit. All drinks will be at a discounted price. Dinner starting at 6.30pm and it will cost $60/person. Once again JB's will donate 50% from each taken reservation.
