This much loved property has been in our family for 60 years. We would love you to experience this very special property, and make your own memories. It is a magical place. It has been totally renovated and is dedicated to my father Karel who died in 2012. The property includes. Master Bedroom - Queen Bed - ocean views from you room Guest Room - Queen Bed - ocean views from your room Kids Bedroom - 2 King Single Beds 1 Double Day Bed - ocean views It has a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. The house has a separate dining room, which seats 8 comfortably. The separate lounge room has a TV, and DVD. We also have books for you to enjoy as well. There is one very large main bathroom, with bathtub for those bubble baths, shower, toilet and vanity. We also have a laundry with front loader washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Right on the beach, the ocean is your backyard on beautiful Long Beach. Long Beach, Batemans Bay is over 1 mile long. The house is located 10 minutes to Batemans Bay and also 5 minutes away from Maloney's Beach, where there is a takeaway and cellars. Enjoy endless swimming, fishing, snorkelling, boggie board riding, windsurfing, and long walks along the beach. There is beautiful Australian wildlife, kangaroos, cockatoos, rosellas and much more. If you love bushwalking there are some wonderful trails to discover as well. At Long Beach dolphins frequently cruise up and down the beach in front of our house all year long. It is something very special to see. Also whales visit and are seen in the Bay between the months of June and November. As an optional extra we can provide beautiful bed linen and bath towels for your convenience. Please Note: Our home is non-smoking and no pets allowed. The property is located in a quiet area and guests have a responsibility to leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived.
