First of all, being part of this journey has thought me how to really take care of myself and how important it is for my overall wellbeing.... I want to emphasize the importance of really taking care of our skin. I did not do that for many many years, and always tried to cover my imperfections and unhealthy skin with the best foundation I could find. I would go for the most expensive (when I could afford it!) I needed to cover my face to feel good about my skin. I did not thought to cure my skin from the inside out.
