04.01.2022 Population drives property growth. Melbourne has been predicted to take over Sydney as our largest city for many years, this not new news. What is new news is WHEN, originally predicted to occur between 2034 and 2054, it is now predicted to happen in 2026!! What this means for you as investor is... if you don't yet have your foot in the Melbourne market your time is running out!!
