19.01.2022 Dyed fabric using brown and red onion skins, the colours are quite good. I’m making coloured ink with the left over liquid.
18.01.2022 I have been participating in a UK stitch challenge with TextileArtists.Org, they are an amazing group and I have enjoyed both the different tutors’ challenges and being part of a large online textile community.

03.01.2022 Just Breathe - The inspiration for this picture came from sitting on Dromana Beach and feeling the automatic mental wind down that the beach can ignite in me; a reminder to just breathe, and let the world go. I also had a seagull parading around me as they do, standing in different poses. He too became part of the message; just let go and Just Breathe. Acrylic on fabric and canvas, art quilt mounted on painted canvas, mixed media, machine sewn.
