Im trying my best to be proactive with my health as we head into Winter to help support my bodys natural immune system

22.01.2022 A little update..... Im in the process of reopening for treatments soon. At the moment Im just ensuring that Ive got all the correct cleaning procedures in place to keep everyone safe! And part of keeping everyone safe will be the reduction in appointment availability and shuffling of appointment times. In the next couple of days I will be posting some new procedures and keeping you informed. Im really looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

22.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend I am officially back in business and quietly opened the doors last week. It was so lovely to start seeing clients again I do want to take some time to let you know about some changes within my business. ... There has been the implementation of quite a few new procedures for me which means that I am unable to take as many client bookings as I previously did. These procedures are quite time consuming and you will notice if you have booked an appointment that some of my appointment times have changed. I have had to implement a 1 hour break in between clients to fully clean and sanitise the treatment room, reception area and bathroom. Therefore, at this stage I will not be taking on any new clients for the months of June and July. These are some of the new procedures that I implemented: I am now having 1 hour in between clients instead of 30 minutes so I can clean the treatment room, bathroom, front desk and client chair I have removed the soft cloth chair and replaced it with a chair that can be wiped down in between every client There will be anti-bacterial sanitiser for you to use on the front desk and in the treatment room I will be asking you to swipe your own Private Health fund card and then use tap for payments so you no longer touch the eftpos machine I will no longer be offering you a glass of water on the way out I am checking with clients on the day of their appointment in regards to their own health and if they have recently been travelling The procedures that have always been in place: There will be fresh towels used for every client (as always) Towels will be washed in a hot wash followed by drying in a hot dryer I will be washing my hand thoroughly before and after each treatment I want you to be assured that I am taking this all very seriously for your health and safety as well as my own families health and safety. 22.01.2022 In our strange world today.....

22.01.2022 I was pretty happy to finally get a Who Gives A Crap toilet paper delivery this week! I have been ordering from them for a couple of years now however when the apparent toilet paper crisis hit, they too ran out of toilet paper as people panic bought! For the first time in years I had to get toilet paper from the supermarket! Anyway they are back in action now and this box will last me about 4 months.... so no shortage here! I love the philosophy of their company and how they donate so much back to help with the building of toilets in countries that need it :)

21.01.2022 An update..... A few of you have been in contact asking if I am taking appointments again yet as restrictions for Remedial Massage therapist in QLD were lifted last Wednesday This is great news as it has given me light at the end of the tunnel that we are heading in the right direction! And even more exciting that the QLD government has lifted some restrictions on recreations activities from next weekend! ... So in regards to myself opening, mostly due to learning from home for school students, I wont be reopening until Thursday the 21st of May. And I will continue to stay open as normal if schools go back to classroom learning after week 5. I will continue to keep you updated and in a weeks time I will start looking at taking appointment booking from the 21st of May. I hope everyone has been safe and well in this time!!

21.01.2022 Who else feels a little bit like this as life begins to get back to some sort of normality :) It almost feels like this downtime was a reset button for so many people and I know myself it allowed me some time to reflect on the things within my own life. What do you think?

16.01.2022 School holiday's and Christmas is rolling around fast! An update on appointments for December and January..... I will doing treatments right up until Christmas Eve so if you would like an appointment, get in touch!... I will be on holidays from Friday the 25th of December till Tuesday the 3rd of January. January - The days I will be doing treatments are as follows: Wednesday 6th Thursday 7th Friday 8th Wednesday 13th Thursday 14th Friday 15th Monday 16th Then I will be on holidays again, returning to the treatment room on Wednesday the 27th of January :)

15.01.2022 Well this was never the post that I thought that I would be writing After last nights announcements, I have sadly had to temporarily close my business. I am hoping that the closure wont be for too long and soon enough I will be welcoming clients back for their treatments. ... I am not sure how I am going to go without seeing so many of you as I love giving you a treatment and catching up with you all! I thank you all for supporting my business in the last couple of years and know that I will be back. I have been in contact with a number of you today and will continue to contact clients personally. My heart breaks for all the families out there doing it tough at the moment. Know you are in my thoughts

15.01.2022 An update on appointment availability.... at this stage I am currently booked for June except for Monday the 29th. My next available appointments after that are Thursday 9th of July and then Monday the 13th of July. So if you are wanting to book an appointment, I would suggest doing so soon!

It is the most awesome doggy daycare I have ever seen and each week my little man and I sit and watch 1 or 2 of these video's for a laugh and to make us feel happy Try and watch these and not feel good!

04.01.2022 I just wanted to pop on here and say thanks to everyone who has supported my business since I have reopened! It has been great to see everyone again and I want to thank you all your patience as it has been quite busy since I reopened, and my appointment availability has been limited. To give you an idea, my next available appointment is the 27th of July Whilst it has been amazing to see everyone again, with these new post COVID times, there has been a few challenges and on...e of them is the strict guidelines around illness. These new guidelines require that even if myself or my little man are slightly unwell with sore throat, runny nose, cough or generally unwell, we must take a sick day. This is to ensure the health and safety of all my clients, and I know that my clients have been paying me the same respect by rescheduling their appointment if they are unwell. Unfortunately, this new guideline has meant I have had more sick days in the last 6 weeks than I usually have in 6 months! Again, thanks to everyone who has rescheduled an appointment So, as we continue into the Winter months, please continue to be understanding with me if I must reschedule your appointment and know that it is something that I do not like to do! Hands up who is looking forward to getting to the other side of Winter! Have a fabulous Sunday!

As such I am still open for treatments and if I can offer you some time to find some calm amongst the chaos, then I feel that I am making the world seem a little better at the moment. I am as well taking these challenging times serious and want to assure all of my clients that I have implemented some new procedures and to... share with you some that were already in place.
