25.01.2022 Chicken with Spinach and Tomato in Creamy Parmesan Sauce An easy one-pan chicken dish that will wow the entire family for dinner! The delicious parmesan sauce is creamy and buttery with an irresistible garlicky flavor. Keto and low-carb friendly, and ready in just 25 minutes!... 2 chicken breasts 3 tablespoons butter, divided Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons #Flavourista Thyme for Garlic Spice Blend 1 medium onion, minced 1 small jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained from oil and chopped 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup cream 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup spinach (or more if you like) Directions 1. Thoroughly season chicken breasts with #Flavourista Thyme for Garlic Spice Blend on both sides. 2. In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter with a bit of oil from the sun-dried tomatoes over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until browned. Once done and no longer pink, transfer grilled chicken breasts to a plate and set aside. 3. To make the creamy spinach parmesan sauce, add the remaining tablespoon butter to the same pan. Cook onion and sun-dried tomatoes. Slowly add chicken stock, cream, and Parmesan cheese and mix to combine until smooth while simmering for 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. 4. Add spinach to the mixture and continue cooking until wilted. Add the chicken breasts back to the pan and reheat for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!

I used Thyme for Garlic in one batch and Outback Ranch in the 2nd batch 1 onion diced 3 rashes bacon diced 1 stick celery Finley diced 2 sheets puff pastry Fried the onion, celery and bacon in Garlic smash oil Combine the veal and pork with the cooked onion mix then divide into 2 equal batches so you can add the Flavourista spice blend if your choice. Spread each meat batch into 1 sheet of puff pastry then roll up. Cut into 5, place in oven tray and brush with a mixture of egg/milk wash. Back in oven 180 degrees for approx 20 minutes Serve hot or cool and freeze for the perfect kids lunch box snack
