25.01.2022 Good morning guys... hope your well....I’m working on my next idea for virtual cooking demo... will keep you informed when it will be. In the meantime I have been very busy with my lovely friend Jan Auld and we have been making Sourdough not 1 but 6 loaves !! 24 Portuguese custard tarts !! 12 cinnamon buns with cream cheese topping .. discard crackers using the sour dough discard... game changer!! ... amazing!! ... so enjoy the many pics and videos I post today xx #sourdough #bread #tarts #thermomixau #deliscious #omg

18.01.2022 Ok it’s official Sour dough making is addictive! Made my dough yesterday morning before work 5:30am did my four turns of dough before leaving at 8:30 came back at lunchtime 1pm ... it had risen perfectly....place in bannetons and put them in the fridge... rushed back to work .... 9:30 pm before bed taken out fridge for final rise... up at 4 am, oven on 250 to preheat .... in oven at 4:25 out at 5 am... OMG ... it gets better each time!!! #sourdough #tm6 #thermomix #happyplace #bread
