10.01.2022 Anyone else with a ‘side hustle?’ Saturday I took some time out to take my jewellery (Don't Tell My Husband Jewellery) to the Markets on Main. It’s a mix of handmade and brought in purchases and I absolutely love it. I’ve been so wrapped up in kids and Karlie K that I’d forgotten how much I loved it and what it allows me to do. I love meeting new people, researching trends & buying and most of all, the ability to create something totally unique. Unfortunately it’s not so much as a side hustle as I love all my pieces so I normally wear more than I sell and I end up with a huge ‘personal collection’. Whoops! Anyone else with a side hustle? 05.01.2022 Yes we are still operating and are here to help in any capacity we can. While so much has changed in the world we are fortunate to be one of the few businesses that haven’t had to make huge changes to the way we work (yet). One of the bonuses of being a home based, 99% online business. While some of our promotional items are out of stock or are caught in customs many are still available. Printing has so far been unaffected with all items still available and running on normal... dispatch schedules. The events side of Karlie K is taking a holiday while we focus on protecting our communities health. While there is lots of uncertainly in the world and our lives are changing daily I have been looking at it through the eyes of opportunity. There are lots of opportunities to pivot, take a new path or step back and find your true passion. While stressful, I believe, as a community, we will phoenix from this stronger and more resilient.
