13.01.2022 Disappointing news from the officials at Midwest Kart Club. Someone has set of the fire extinguishers at the track overnight. Vandalism to any property is not on and will not be tolerated.

10.01.2022 Email has just been sent to clubs in relation to what fuel can be used at WA race meetings. PULP fuel is the only fuel used as per the rules, race meeting sup regs and our state regulations. This includes the KZ2 class. The Panta Kart 102 fuel is not used in WA.

10.01.2022 Please see attached. Approval has been given by Karting Australia for Karting WA to delay the implementation of the Weight adjustments for the TaG 125 and TaG 125 Restricted classes. This means that this weekends City of Perth there will be running on the weights that have been run this year. (current weights in the KA Manual and the weights in the State Regulations as issued March 2020).

05.01.2022 A reminder that entries to the final open meeting for 2020 close on the 2nd December 2020. In particular TaG 125 Heavy and WA Combined Heavy (as per WA State Regs) require more entries in order to run at the event. The club would appreciate entries as soon as so they can determine if the classes will go ahead.

03.01.2022 Please see attached the sup regs for Goldstar Round 1 hosted by Tiger Kart Club which have been released to the clubs today. Please note the following requirement for this meeting. This is for all drivers, pit crew, family, officials and spectators. As a condition of entry to this venue, anyone aged 16 years and over must show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status (double vaccinated) or a medical exemption, along with identification where required.... Understand that despite the club looking into other options, under the liquor licence for the venue, there were no suitable alternatives. The club has to comply with the government requirements as well as advice from the WA Police.

01.01.2022 A reminder to those entered into the Northern Zone and South Eastern Zones for next weekend. You need to get your scrutineering and COVID delcarations done asap. There are a lot missing. Those under 18 years of age need a COVID declaration form for their parent/guardian as well. That person should be the one that is listed on their licence and will be at the track with them.

12.10.2021 2021 TERRA MINING DASH FOR CASH **** Entries Close Monday 8th November ***** TWO WEEKS TO GO, ONE WEEK TO ENTER!!!!... Some classes need plenty more entries. Don't leave it too late. KZ2 - You are our main feature class, we need you to enter. KA2 - This is your final round. *** FEATURE CLASSES *** KZ2 and Cadet 12 are our locked in feature classes. You will be running for the $3,000 prize pool. Get on board and get amongst it. Cadet 12 - as a feature class each of you will have to provide a short bio so we can talk about you all day on the live stream and grid interviews. The top 10 cadets for the final will also feature with the KZ2 drivers to be introduced before the final to the crowd where you can stand up talk to everyone about you, your karting, where you want to go, who your hero's are. We will ask the all feature class drivers for a short bio once entries close so that the commentator and live stream can talk you up. Start thinking about what you are going to write about yourself, or maybe get your mates to write one for you More information will be provided later this week about how the feature classes will work and schedule. The third class will be announced once entries close. Stay tuned. There will be practice on the Friday. Track will be open from 12pm until around 8pm. Plenty of time to get some laps in. Spread the word. Tyres are getting harder to come by. Please get in touch with your usual dealer if you haven't sorted them as soon as you can.
