24.01.2022 Remember that strange looking bracket, well here it is complete and doing its job. The 50mm front clearance has kept the airflow dynamics spot on, aluminium has kept the weight down and the customer has hit the road with a smile from ear to ear.

10.01.2022 MONO-STRINGER with balustrade. This is a little project we have had over the past weeks. I came up with this little design, sketching away to the early hours and we have recently completed the installation. It has come up a treat. I'd like to acknowledge the team who have helped make it happen. Dossels Engineering for the fabrication of the steel, joining forces again has been a pleasure, top work. Cooper Construction NQ for the timber work, floor penetration and hours involved to make it happen. Lastly, the boys who provided their muscle to lift it all into position. NOW to do the electrical and finish it all off with some modern lighting.

07.01.2022 Out with the old residential switchboard and in with the new. The existing installation was far too low to the ground and required lifting to a legal height (note enclosure below). Coupled with a circuit protection and metering upgrade to rid of the old ceramic fuses and analogue meters, this tenant can sleep easy knowing their family is electrically safe.
