07.01.2022 Brilliant article relating how combinations of neurofeedback techniques and bodywork can help release trapped trauma and emotions. Describing it as more like physical residue of the traumatic experience being left in the body IF the emotions are not released. Bowen therapy combined with breath work works, as I have seen time and again with my clients. I also add neurofeedback techniques when required. 03.01.2022 Interesting read. Find some of the metaphysical symptoms of pain. With my clients I often discover that the physical pain has an emotional root cause. Once we uncover that in our sessions, the physical pain disappears. Its so important to express our emotions :)
