24.01.2022 Wahhh there are so many life lessons that looking back on I’d tell myself to ease up on ‘trying to implement’... as they wouldn’t move the needle in business or for satisfaction that I was making a difference. Especially when they go against ones natural talent and abilities. Here are some - ... - You need less systems than you think. - You can have more than one niche. - You can spend less time in excel spreadsheets than you think. - Upgrading your technical knowledge has very little to do with upgrading your income. - There’s no need to hustle your life away like the bro’s you were learning from at the time. (Turns out I often outsold them in competitions in masterminds anyway - turns out women can care and earn a great income, without any transaction feeling pushy or slimy) It is past our time to earn more as females. We literally do change the world. Let me know i fyou decide to step up and earn mlre from your coaching business and you have q’s regarding how thats done. And more importantly what’s possible for you. Your talents and your skillet. Skilled female coaches don’t have time to do more of the same or to get overwhelmed with tech and funnels. Losing time means more guilt as your priorities shift in the wrong direction. You aren’t, after all, building your business to take over the world. Just to simply (more than financially) contribute to the families income. (I get that - single mother here . 19.01.2022 I'm grateful for - the internet and how I meet some bloody amazing people on here at the moment. - I'm grateful to not be around, (or not consciously remembering having been around), in times of being burnt at the stake. I'd be BBQ'd right now for sure, as would many of us on here ;)... - my ability to call in ideal clients who know it before I do. - the sunshine every day it shines, and even when I can't see it. - for this platform even though it pisses me off at times. - my ability to get over shit really fast. - all the personal hard times in the past that have helped me to do this. - my age and how it seems the 40's really means that I give less of a F*** about what people think, in the most loving empathetic way yet. And that my respect for myself triples each day. - that I am really learning that people are astoundingly different to me and yet are amazing in so many ways ;) - that I am brave enough to talk to strangers, ask for the sale, say no when appropriate. - I have no (visible at the moment to me), fears when it comes to working for myself, that I understand there is no 'safe' work option. - that I understand (and love the fact about myself more and more each day), that I simply refuse to us the 'exchange your time per minute for work' model. Which is an outdated model (the concept of time and the industrial model for work/labour). - my ability to allow help from others on the smallest of tasks, even though I feel like I never need it. - I'm grateful and super excited when I see and meet people who are incredibly intellectual and left brain focused, then start to access and engage more in the right-brained activities and question their formal training, life in general & what was their 'status-quo' more and more >> this REALLY gets me going right now. - I'm also grateful to connect with you all. Even if it is through a screen right now, we have to do what is best for society right ;) I'm Kidding. xxx But be patient my friends. I'm also very grateful that this will be over WAY before we think it will ;) I'm grateful for my photographer friend sending me the bloopers real and me liking the pics from that better than the real ones!

17.01.2022 You don’t have to do everything. You don’t have to have the kind of personality, which nobody does anyway, that is actually good at doing every single facet of your biz. The books. The marketing. Whatever that might be for you. The only thing you have to be good at is the service that you are offering your client. Get good at that. Really good at that.... It is not up to you to do every single thing in your biz. But it is up to you to know and understand where your weaknesses are and to help yourself by hiring other people with where your weaknesses lie.

15.01.2022 The irony of feeling like you don’t belong yet knowing we are all the same.. I’ve moved a lot. Every year since I was 18 actually. Why? What I was looking for? That I don’t know. To ‘fit in’? To find ‘home’? To have fun and find more of me..? Or myself? Only to discover we are all in fact the same.... I’ve lived interstate multiple times over the last 24 years. I’ve never gone back to where I ‘came from’. Not for any good reason like running away, I think perhaps a fear of commitment and always being ‘on the search’ played a part.. But at the time it was literally just the narrative of; I’m free, so why not? Always in each place looking for a group of humans I belonged to, finding the weirdo’s like me, and maybe deep down looking for a part of the earth that ‘felt’ like home. Nothing felt satisfying. Turns out all that needed to happen was for me to stop looking, or turn 40, I’m not sure what caused it, but either way.. The calmness that’s now ensued means I always feel at home. At peace. Everywhere. A more frequent calm. More certainty and clarity. More power. And at the same time, more vulnerability. In fact I know I belong everywhere with everyone all the same time, and in fact I am everything and I always belong where I am. As are we all. At the same time as never really ‘fitting in or being normal’ still.. < fuk really!? How boring. How mundane and flavourless. (Says the old me.) But now I ‘get’ that not everyone has, wants or needs to be ‘super spicy’. We all have different taste buds at the same time as all having the EXACT SAME BLOOD & OXYGEN THAT COURSES THROUGH OUR VEINS. We have so. many. similarities. We are all part of the same narrative but at the same time we wrote and continue to write the script. We cause the literal expansion or contraction of our world’s all with the same amount of power if we allow it to flow through us. Science and spirit are one in reality, even though we give more credit to the intellect as a narrative these days. It’s changing. 04.01.2022 The concept of time for a dollar It’s an outdated industrial model the concept of a dollar per output of minute of time per individual. ‘They’d’ like you to keep this concept.... Perhaps this is why you don’t fit in? Never have, probably won’t.. You can’t follow the rules (ain’t that obvious with who’s who in the zoo at the moment)? & you say F that to the instruction list of ‘How to’ after trying it and throwing a technology tantrum...
