17.01.2022 This painting is of my mothers dressing table. She has had it for almost my whole life. It’s so familiar to me, I could almost paint it with my eyes shut! Its funny how inanimate objects become such a big part of your life. It’s a biggie... 100cm x 120cm and framed in black Australian oak and is available @studiogallerygroup which is an absolutely beautiful space... well worth a visit!

03.01.2022 My very clever year 5 have made two giant landscape mixed media works over term one. (Approx 2m x 1m) We looked at Australian landscape painters past and present. Thanks again to @amber_creswell_bell @sophieperezartist @euan.macleod and #williamrobinsongallery ... I absolutely loved my note that I found on my desk at the end of the class.

01.01.2022 ‘Winter morning, Salamanca’ oil on canvas 100cm x 120 cm. I planned this painting 4 years ago in my head... finally got around to painting it. I think this is one of my favourites. Takes me straight back to my stay in Hobart and Salamanca Markets. These dresses hanging in the tree were mesmerising.
