25.01.2022 It's been ages since I've said hello to you all and welcomed those of you who have joined me here recently. Hello, hello, hello.... I'm Jo Eady, I'm the founde...r of RuralScope and I've worked here across the Ag and rural worlds for a while now...... OK.... It's 20 years. AHH - feeling old!! I'm probs best known for facilitating change and building and supporting leaders across groups, businesses and industries. This is where I discovered my passion for mentoring and coaching one on one. I love partnering with emerging leaders. And 5 quick lines of intro... 1. I live and work from just outside Foster, South Gippsland, Victoria. I live with my family including Meeks the wonder cat. It's the most southern tip of the Australian mainland and yep it gets pretty chilly here, and not just in Winter. 2. I'm an accredited facilitator of @brenebrown Daring Greatly Program. Still pinch myself about this. 3. I believe everyone is capable of much more than they think - and that maybe a push helps! And you're never too old to learn new tricks. 4. I started in the leadership space myself almost 30 years ago as a Senior Consultant and then Senior Executive Officer @tafeqld I then started RuralScope and we delivered the first national mentoring program in Australian Ag / rural for young people. I loved it and knew I'd found my work niche. 5. I'm currently facilitating a number of strategic projects and plans and hang out in the Cotton, Grains, Ag research and health sectors where I facilitate some industry leadership programs including the Australian Future Cotton Leader and Grains Social Leadership Programs.
