25.01.2022 Had a lesson plan for my Barre Attack class this morning. This plan went out the window when it became a PT session and the participant wasn't able to complete some exercises with good form due to injuries. The movements I chose were to give this member a very personalised class. The appreciation I received made me realise why I do the job I do! 11.01.2022 Information on serving sizes. The serving size on each product will be different. You will get this information from the nutritional panel. For this muesli it is 45g for a serve. The first image represents this amount, not very much hey! I know I will be hungry soon after. For myself I double the serve and add 100ml light milk. This brings the breakfast in around 450cal.
